Everyone we support has their own unique personalised care plan to cater for their personal needs. The plan focuses on their individual needs with particular emphasis on enhancing their day to day living arrangements.

We place great importance on the training and continual personal development of all staff;  from the outset staff receive a thorough induction allowing them plenty of time to understand the company ethos and shadow our more experienced staff. This really helps them to build confidence and an understanding in their role and to get to know the individuals we support so they can confidently deal with the day to day challenges they may encounter in the workplace.
