The Outlook Project is based in Redditch was set up in 1996 by David and Kirsty Broadbent to provide housing with support for Deaf and Autistic adults. With over thirty years experience of supporting deaf adults with autism, we have a deep understanding of what it takes to provide personalised effective support on a daily basis.

 

We are passionate about the level of service we provide for our Service Users - we want to ensure that it makes a difference to the quality of their daily lives. Support plans are personalised to meet their individual needs actively encouraging individuals to keep busy and discover new skills and interests. In our annual surveys, we are consistently rated as being 'Very Good' by our service users and their families.

 

The type and style of accommodation offered varies according to the needs of the individual, we offer self-contained apartments as well as shared accommodation with ensuite rooms and rooms with shared bathroom facilities. All of our properties are spacious and appointed to a very good standard with a homely feel. In addition we offer one-to-one specialist support for residents with more profound disabilities and support packages to help tenants move to their own flats in the community.
